[5] Lex alludes to Amichai Lau-Lavie, in an early episode of Judaism Unbound, indicating that had he been with the Israelites at the time of the golden calf…he would’ve contributed to its creation! Listen in to this conversation via Episode 29: Lab/Shul - Amichai-Lau-Lavie.
[6] Wendie references the idea that teshuva (return/repentance) was created before the world itself was created! This comes from the Talmud, and a piece by Joanna Katz exploring this idea can be found via this link.
